A nice infrared sauna session in the evening is one of my favorite treats!

You burn calories, sweat, speed up your metabolism, lose weight, relieve muscle pain, improve your immune system, remove toxins, improve the appearance of cellulite, improve skin complexion and eases joint pain and stiffness.

Go after a hard day when you don’t have that energy I need to workout. Bring a good book and water and your guaranteed to sleep like a baby!
