- 1 serving Be Well by Kelly Vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tbsp of nut butter
- 1 serving Psyllium Husk (from NOW Foods)
- 1-2 tbsp raisins
- 1-1.5 cups of unsweetened nut milk or water
- Cinnamon and nutmeg, for topping
